Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • The time needed to fill an order varies from 3-14 days.

Local Pick-Up

  • Once Local Pick-Up is selected, your order cannot be switched to being shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to check the shop calendar for the next available pickup date and time frame.
  • Local Pick-Up is not permitted at our home office. Please refer to the Shop Calendar for our in-person pick up locations.

Estimated shipping times

  • All shipping is sent through the USPS, shipping times depend on the USPS operating at full capacity. Due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays.
  • North America: 3-10 days
  • I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
  • Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

Shipping address

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed. 

Order Protection

  • I encourage you to keep Route in your shopping cart upon completing your order. Route is a third party application which provides you the customer insurance in case your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in route. 
  • Customers who select USPS Priority Mail will have their order automatically insured at no additional cost, and Route will not be required for coverage.
